eAgronom appoints Liis Reinhold as Chief Financial Officer to Drive Growth Plans

eAgronom, the agriculture-focused climate tech company helping farmers adopt sustainable practices, has announced the appointment of Liis Reinhold as Chief Financial Officer. Starting October 2025, will lead fundraising efforts and drive the company’s expansion strategy, supporting eAgronom’s mission to empower farmers and scale sustainable food production.
Liis Reinhold brings over 15 years of expertise in both international corporations and fast-growing startups. She previously led the finance function at insurance-tech company Cachet, where she played a key role in driving significant growth, supporting capital raising and enabling international expansion. Liis holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Tartu and a master’s degree from Tallinn University of Technology. She has also completed international programs in financial management and leadership development.
Liis succeeds Indrek Kaldoja, who will be part of eAgronom’s Supervisory Board, continuing to play an active role in shaping the company’s vision and strategy.
